9:00am meet at Perry’s Custom Metal, 1848 E. 11th St. Unit L, Upland, CA. (http://ww ryscustommetal.com/) Perry is a very talented metal fabricator who is capable of making fenders, quarter panels, doors, or anything else needed.
10:00 -10:30am travel route 66 to Fontana, and visit Vintage Coach, 16593 Arrow Blvd, Fontana, CA (https://www.facebook.com/Vintage-Coach-420612641382889/) where the have been restoring and maintaining Hudsons for well over 40 years.
11:30 - 12pm travel to the home of Dany and Kaylene Spring, 2713 Woodbriar Dr., Jurupa Valley, CA. , where you will see not less than nine Hudsons, from 1925-1954, including a rare 1942 station wagon. A light lunch will be provided at this stop.

WRC will have a meet at the site of the upcoming 2021 Eastern Regional meet. Our business meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. and will primarily focus on final preparation for the Eastern Regional, and will allow the group to become familiar with the facilities. Lunch will follow at 12:30, which will consist of soup and sandwich wraps. The cost will be $15.00 which includes tax and tip. The 2021 Western Region Meet and the 2021 Hudson-Essex-Terraplane Club International Meet originally scheduled for June 2021 in Henderson, NV have been cancelled by the Club’s Board of Directors. With the Fiesta Henderson hotel being closed and groups limited to 50 people by the Governor of Nevada, it is not feasible to have a National Meet in 2021.
The Board encourages all members to attend their Regional Meets in 2021. The Western Region Meet will be rescheduled by the Western Regional Directors.
Members who made hotel reservations at the Fiesta Henderson should cancel them. In order to cancel your room reservation, call the Fiesta Henderson at (702) 558-7000. Listen to the announcement and then press “0”. Once the operator answers, ask to cancel your reservation for FIESTA HENDERSON. Hopefully you have a record of your confirmation number and date of arrival. The name of our group is Hudson Club National Convention and the group code is RCIHCNC.

The Southern Indiana/Kentucky Chapter 47th Annual Meet will be held at Rick and Susan Crawley’s home, 6062 Logansport Road (old 24), Logansport, IN, Sunday, August 15, 2021, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This meet will be held outdoors. Bring a dish to share, your Hudson or other collector car and lawn chairs. The Crawleys will provide the meat and drinks. They will display all of their collector cars. We will have our annual election of Officers and a business meeting. Crawley’s home is located 3 miles east of Logansport on old 24 (now Logansport Road), 8 miles west of Peru. There is a big yard, plenty of parking, shade and trailer parking. There are inexpensive hotels in the area. If you arrive on Saturday evening, plan on meeting at Rick and Susan’s by 6:00 PM for a Saturday evening meal. The Northern Indiana Chapter hosted the 1971 HET International Meet and the Chapter was founded during 1971. Warren Fluttrow, a founding member, will host a meet. at the Monroeville Community Park, 421 Monroe St., Monroeville, Indiana to celebrate this milestone event. The meet starts at 10:30 AM EDST with a carry in meal at noon. Please bring a covered dish. Plates, silverware, and drinks provided. The shelter is air conditioned and Masks required. If possible, please drive the Hudson that was at the 1971 International meet.
