50th Anniversary of the Dixie Chapter

Come celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the founding of the Dixie Chapter! Meet at 10:30AM at the world-class Savoy Automobile Museum, 3 Savoy Lane, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. An area of the parking lot will be set aside to display Hudsons and other vintage vehicles. At 11AM, a guided tour of the museum hosted by one of the docents. From noon until 3PM, we will have a lunch buffet in a private dining room, with presentations and reminisces from members about the early days of our chapter.

Admission to the museum is free to museum members and the Dixie Chapter will pay for the non-members, although it would be lovely if everyone will help support the museum by becoming a member. Lunch is also courtesy of the Dixie Chapter.

Afterwards, for those interested, Brandon Wight will lead a caravan to Jeff Chattin's movie car collection, consisting of over 150 cars!

Directions to the museum: From Atlanta, take I-75 N to exit 290, GA 20. Turn left (go west) at the end of the ramp. Travel approximately 2.5 mi to Highway 411. Turn right. Savoy Museum is located immediately on the right. Phone number: 770-416-1500.
