John and Mary Otto have been actively looking for a Restaurant that would be able to accommodate our group while still ensuring all Covid practices are maintained (e.g. social distancing). Masks are required when arriving and moving around, but can be removed while you are sitting at your table.

Pontius Hudson Meet

Auburn, Indiana

John and Lorrie Pontius will host this meet from 10AM – 4PM, at the National Automotive & Truck Museum, 1000 Gordon M. Buehrig Place, Auburn, IN 46706. Registration fee will be the group rate into the museum, $7 per adult or if you would like to visit the ACD Museum also, stop at the front desk and purchase a Campus Ticket for $20 per person which covers admission to both the ACD and NATMUS Museums.

Annual Flying Machine Meet

Gwinnett County Airport, Georgia

Come and have a good time catching up with AMC, Hudson and Studebacker Clubs.  Lunch can be ordered from the menu and pay your own bill. You can see the menu online at Plan to arrive at The Flying Machine at Briscoe Field at around 11 AM for tire-kicking. Bring out your Hudson and have a fun day at The Flying Machine.

Directions from I-85N (approx. 25 miles NE of Atlanta): Take 316 E to GA20/Collins Hill Rd/Lawrenceville/Buford Dr. GA 124. Turn right on Buford Dr. then1st left on to Hurricane Shoals Rd. Go 1/2 mile. Turn right on Hosea Rd. Go 1/2 mile. Turn left on to Briscoe Blvd. (At glider on pole.) If you cross tracks, you have gone too far. The day will start at 10:30AM for a Parade around the neighborhood.  The City of Dallas will not allow the annual Spring Creek Parade, so there will be a local parade around the neighborhood. 47th Annual Meet of Southern IN/KY Chapter

Logansport, Indiana

The Southern Indiana/Kentucky Chapter 47th Annual Meet will be held at Rick and Susan Crawley’s home, 6062 Logansport Road (old 24), Logansport, IN, Sunday, August 15, 2021, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  This meet will be held outdoors.  Bring a dish to share, your Hudson or other collector car and lawn chairs. The Crawleys will provide the meat and drinks.  They will display all of their collector cars. We will have our annual election of Officers and a business meeting.  Crawley’s home is located 3 miles east of Logansport on old 24 (now Logansport Road), 8 miles west of Peru. There is a big yard, plenty of parking, shade and trailer parking. 50th Anniversary of the 1971 HET International Meet.

Monroeville, Indiana

The Northern Indiana Chapter hosted the 1971 HET International Meet and the Chapter was founded during 1971. Warren Fluttrow, a founding member, will host a meet. at the Monroeville Community Park, 421 Monroe St., Monroeville, Indiana to celebrate this milestone event. The meet starts at 10:30 AM EDST with a carry in meal at noon. Please bring a covered dish. Plates, silverware, and drinks provided. The shelter is air conditioned and Masks required. The Southern Indiana /Kentucky Chapter invites you to its Fall Meet at the home of Marcia and Tim Lloyd, 3150 High Point Lane, Bloomington, IN  47401-9605.   Scenic Bloomington is home to Indiana University and is located 50 miles south of Indianapolis.  The fall colors will be beautiful.   Come any time after 10:00AM EDST to Tim and Marcia's house for a noon food truck lunch, tire kicking, visiting and a short Business meeting. Tim and Marcia have a very large garage and ample parking.  Please bring your Hudson, lawn chairs and lunch money.  The hosts will have two food trucks available for you to buy your own lunch or you may bring your own lunch.
